John Stones

Wasn't it you who said money was no object to you now and you can get who you want no problem?
Stones underperformed for you so 20m should be enough for him then

Stones under performed for you,so where do you get this £40 million plus Bony price tag from ?

It's a bit rich to value Stones at £50+ million despite having a very poor second half to the season and not even getting a game for England at the Euro's and whilst playing down Bony's valuation.

Bony has performed at a far higher level in the PL than Berahino, Deeney and arguably Benteke and they have all had bid rejected of £20+ million.

In a market where James Tomkins, Ross McCormack and Dwight Gayle are all valued at over £10 million, its fucking ridiculous to not value Bony at a minimum of £20 million.

The entire team had a poor second half of the season. Stones' potential is clear and he has his age going for him. The fact that he's Pep's ideal centre back only raises his valuation with regards to Everton dealing with City. The fact that Bony has had a torrid 18 months with City only decreases his valuation. Does Pep actually view Bony as part of his plans? I hear he's for sale, and a player's price is different when he's for sale (Bony) than when he isn't for sale and the club wants to keep him (Tomkins, McCormack, Berahino, Deeny, Benteke). Also, I'd argue that Stones not partaking in any of that awful performance is only a good thing!

I'm not saying Bony isn't worth more, or isn't better, than any of the players you listed, because he is. But the circumstances dictate the price and right now, the circumstances should really put him below £20m.

If you asked that question to all City fans, a resounding outcome would be,that we would pay you to take him off our fucking hands.

But you valued him at half that. Either that or you value Stones at over 50 mill.

What you're doing is conveniently using excuses to defend Stones' price tag whilst ignoring the same excuses to lower Bony's.

Like Everton, the entire City side had a terrible second half of the season. In addition, Bony didn't get a sustained run in the side, unlike Stones.

Bony also joined us mid season which is notoriously difficult for players to hit the ground running and then had Malaria in the summer. Something which effected his preseason.

I don't for a moment think that Bony has been a success for City but he is still a very good striker who is in the wrong system.

Also, aside from fans not rating Bony, I've seen nothing to suggest the club are actively trying to offload him. Unlike Stones of course who wants out of Everton for the second consecutive year.

What I'm doing is giving reasons as to why Bony can very feasibly be considered to be worth lower than £20m and Stones is still valued at £50m, with regards to these negotiations.

Bony just needs a new start - whether that's under Pep, Koeman or another manager I don't know. He's showed his quality in the Premiership but when he arrived he went straight off to the ACON then got injured, then last Summer he got malaria. If he's the main man, and a team and its supporters have faith in him, he'll score 15-20 league goals.

Haha!

So?

What do you mean "so"? How old are you?

You're valuing Bony at less than 11 mill yet keep bleating on about him being valued at less than 20 mill.

You sound like a fucking fool.

Doesn't matter what we think. Bony is better than Lukaku. There will be a lot of City fans who will laugh at that. he has become a laughing stock and that is part of the problem. Few have faith in him. He was under a lot of pressure when Aguero was out and didn't do well, but missed pre-season due to malaria. Quality player though.
