It’s not really worth my time to try and convince you why Garcia is a better defender. I just let the clubs actions towards revamping our defence speak for itself.

We need to be ruthless to players not performing their a-game, if we ever want to reach the very top. It’s as simple as that.

In conclusion, you let the club's actions speak for themselves when they play Garcia before Stones. However, you know better than the club when it comes to selling Stones?

Garcia isnt better than Stones.
Stones at full confidence is a very good CB imo , it’s just so rare that he has any confidence. I don’t know what happened to him in his personal life over the last 18 months, but he has miles better physical attributes and is great on the ball.

Garcia probably reads the game better with better positioning and anticipation, but when you have no pace, strength or height I just can’t see him being a top defender. Stones is already there if he could just sort his head out.

That's one aspect of our transfer policy that needs looking at if you use rags and dippers as a model they virtually always sell on players whilst they still have value in the market its very rare a player retires from them.
