He was immense in the first leg, like he has been immense for Chelsea for nearly a decade.

Yes, he's the biggest **** ever to walk the earth - but to deny that he isn't a class player is just incorrect, He's been the heart of a Chelsea team that has won loads with him as captain, Mourinho said he was the perfect captain . To say he doesn't deserve to lift the trophy because of a red card is wrong, if he had achieved the same honours for your club you would be defending him.

And on another note - regarding the red card, would Di Matteo not have told the team , especially Terry to stick it up them , get them wound up. Yes it was stupid - but i play football on a regular basis and can guarantee someone will tread on my foot on purpose when marking me or slight elbow if going for header- its football, it happens. Im glad Terry got caught, because he's a horrible bastard - but it happens week in week out unnoticed or a yellow card at worst.
