I think it's clear, if he does sign the trip to Stamford Bridge next season will be ......mmmmm interesting.....

at the end of the day your hypocrits no matter what anybody says, when the papers saying robi wants to go its bullshit but with terry coming to us its true hahaha funny you lot.

My friend, you seem to be missing the point, this story has been driven from and by Chelsea releasing a statement saying that we had made a private bid for him that they wanted to publicly turn down(odd in itself). At any point in the last 10 days Terry could have made a statement saying that he had no interest, he did not. Now as interesting as that is by itself, there is something else that's very interesting, the FACT that he has not been available to the press at all. As captain of one of the major clubs in the country(and indeed captain of the national team), do you not think that Chelsea would want him to say the usual shit that is said at the start of pre-season??? However, no Terry has spoken about NOTHING in 10 days and Chelsea having a new manager these are pretty important times for the club. The press will write what they wish, but the actions of John Terry and Chelsea speak volumes.

I think these rumours of a medical will be wide of the mark.... If Terry's going to leave Chelsea I'm sure they are going to make him work for it, by that I mean submit a transfer request in writing (like has been mentioned in the press.) Chelsea know the fans feelings regarding losing Terry and I'm sure they're going to very publicly make him the bad guy in this, and I'm not sure Terry will have the balls for the slating he'd get from Chelsea fans and the media for engineering the move.

He might come, and I hope he does but I think this transfer has a long way to go before he'll be doing a medical and if/when it does get to that point I think SSN and the rest of the media will be all over it (probably from tip offs from inside sources at Chelsea)

Hopefully I'm wrong, it's just when your dealing with tossers like Kenyon it's hard to imagine anything being straightforward. It'd be good if we know one way or another before they go off to South Africa.

Bellamys caddy i think u might be right, but a written transfer request might not be necessary, rumour and innuendo is enough to do it in most cases. Us football fans in this country are a fickle bunch, in italy or spain if this saga was happening the fans would all be begging for him to stay ala the kaka saga.

In this country however for some strange reason we are a bit different and as soon as we hear a player might be leaving our immediate respnse he's shit, always injured, not worth the money, can get someone else into replace him for that money etc etc. This can be seen with the rags reactions to Ronaldo, villas reactions to barry and chelseas reaction to terry and he hasnt even gone or said he wants to go
