If you are denied Terry (which I personally think is the most likely option at the moment), who do City go for? If Lucio is gone. I guess Toure is a possibility?

Bruno alves,toure,lescott,carvalho etc etc.

Just a second, isnt carvalho unhappy at chelsea.Many people think hes a better defender than JT so why not try him if JT transfer fails.

When Carvalho has played recently he has been pretty bad. I'd rate Terry, Alex and Ivanovic above him. Lescott should be City's priority at the moment if they don't get Terry.

Injuries make anyone look bad, i still think hes an amazing defender.

i think what people have to remeber as well that i think chelsea and terry would rather do a deal while they are not at home and away on tour so that not a lot of british press get wind of it and there's no backlash off the fans well to they get back anyway just my thoughts though
