Would be a great buy.

If we got Lescott to it would be an England capped back 4 (when Ned gets the call)

Hughes seems to be targeting the best obtainable English players which imo is a great plan (no fancy dan prima donas).

im not convinced by de jong yet so i reakon we should buy another defencive midfeilder because apparantly kompany's best as a centre back... maybe hernanes from São Paulo

Forward planning for the 6+5 rule.

English defence, South American attack, Combination of both in midfield with a little bit of Irish, Durch and Belgium thrown in for good measure.

Johnson is great going forward, but isn't the best defender. Also we have Zab, Micah and young Keiran Trippier in that position. So I really can't see us spending money on a RB we don't need.
