Hello lads, WHU fan here at the game today.

Balotelli's attitude is an absolute disgrace. From the first minute his body language was awful and it gradually got worse during the game when things didn't go his face.

He is going to ruin what is clearly the development of a very resolute and strong football team with this antics.

His actions can't be defended. He is a grown man of 20 not a 4 year old. He has everything a young footballer could want and he will p1ss it up the walls with his surly pathetic attitude problem.

Good luck for the season I hope win the league this year!

The guy’s a complete cock. Those of us who knew all about this player before he joined groaned when we were first being linked with him. Positivity is what we need the most, both on and off the pitch and all Balotelli brings is negativity. I don’t care if he’s the second coming of Diego Maradona, he brings too much negativity to the team. He bitches at opponents, he bitches at team mates, he bitches at the ref, he bitches at the manager, he finds it impossible to just get on with the game.

He’s one of the most combustible players in world football, he’s only going to improve SO much with age and experience. He’ll always guarantee a team X number of red cards, XX number of yellow cards a season and a plethora of public spats with managers and team mates.

To put up with all the downside associated with Balotelli my minimum expectation would be 30 premier leagues goals a season and 45 goals in all competitions. That’s what he needs to do to offset the bad.

I'm afraid I have to agree with this, I'm all for giving him a chance but I think he is another Robinho, not in size but attitude, it's now December he's been training for months at this type of football, he's played a few games he's either thick as fuck or doesn't give a fuck I tend to go for the latter, football is not rocket science if he hasn't sussed out he isn't going to get anything by throwing his dummy out then he needs to go back to the continent. Today he threw a tantrum like Drogba did a few seasons ago, it was laughable, I don't question his ability, but as a team mate I'd look at this guy and wonder what I'm doing wrong that I can't get in the team if this guy can, all I can say is Adebayor must have a really bad attitude if he can't get in past Balotelli. It's a team game and an individuals attitude can affect it greatly, and looking at some of the other players and the way he was arguing with them and whinging to the manager he's a bad apple I'm afraid.

I think his behaviour is shocking, and I cant see others being happy with him. But the team is doing well now, if the team is not doing well, the people defending him now will turn on him.....thats football. But one thing that has been consistent is his attitude game in game out. he focuses way too much on irrelevant stuff. The boys talent is clear....but talent alone doesnt make you a great player and he needs to change if he wanna be one of the best in the world

I must admit in all my time watching City I've never seen a player like Balotteli. He just seems so disinterested. Even when he scores he doesn't celebrate. This afternoon even Kolo Toure had a go at him. I've no doubt he has talent but surely that attitude will effect the team morale. No player is bigger then the club. He either wants to be at the club or he doesn't.
Compare his attitude with that of Silva. He works his socks off and shows his passion when we score.
It doesn't matter how good he is he needs to either buckle down or leave!
