I’m pretty sure it isn’t so it will need a new handrail too.

And no, let’s just say the panelling took some forceful persuading to come out.

Happy to say a fellow Blue has kindly offered to come and take a look.

Can I come and have a look as well ? Dying for a good laugh.

Ha ha fair enough! Look, the panel needed taking out. It’s out. Job done in my book.

But as someone else said, I don’t think the handrail is suitable so spindles so the whole thing will have to come off anyway. So my efforts thus far have been….well, pointless!


Still, I got to do some actual man’s work and no-one can take that away from me!

Hard to tell from those pics but it looks like the handrail is not the type that will accept spindles.
Can you put the paneling back?
