defensively he is one of the best defenders around, he is so strong and rarely loses a challenge. His heading is very good and he beat Crouch many times.
He may not be Beckenbauer coming forward, but do we need him to be...

I would stick with him as he has a great understanding with Vince.......

Somehow I don't see it happening though, he's a great CB but he's too attacking for the tactics our side use. We use attacking FB's instead. Unless he played at LB or RB, even CM I don't think he would be all that good a fit.

Had another good game but he still makes me nervous with the ball.

He never will be a footballing CB but he has become over the last handful of matches as solid as Vinny has been over the season. Twenty-odd clean sheets by Joe Hart speaks volumes for Vinny and Jole.

Well done to the lad he's done well and is improving all the time. Saw Koko on the pitch at full time, you've got to feel it for him.

Maybe some should think about how well he has played recently, and give Kolarov a bit of time, as Lescott took his time to settle, and he played in the prem before coming to city.
