As i said i have mixed feelings about this but is it right to lock a 10 year old lad up in prison till he dies ?

I think the pair of them have been handled appallingly. They did a despicable thing and it was right they were punished but they were effectively thrown into an environment where they were surrounded by rum 'uns and grew up in that environment. It wouldn't have gone down well but they should have been taken into as normal of an environment possible where there was a chance they could grow up to become useful members of society.

So you would have no problem sending a 10year old to prison for maybee 80 years ?,considering the average life sentance is about 20 years i would not like to fall out with you

have they learnt from their mistakes cyberblue? no. have they ever shown remorse? have they gone to lead a stable life? no. their dirty f**king scum whose existence relies soley on the tax payers money.

they should be in prison until the day of their last breath. not for punishment, but to keep them away from normal people. they are not normal, and as a society..we should be able to identify those who pose a consistent threat of danger to others around them and erradicate them from our lives.

they will never be socialized into leading respectful lifes and brutally murdered a toddler. regardless of criminal age and responsibility, what they done was barbaric and they should never be free to walk around the streets where other children are.

he took a life, why should he be allowed to live his. he is old enough at 10 years old to know that killing and torturing a small child is wrong.

Sorry to butt in but, are you serious?! They should never, ever have been released from prison, ever. It's one of the most heinous crimes ever because of how the poor mite met his death, but also because of the calculated way they went looking for a toddler to do that to. They should have been sent to prison from sentencing day until the day they died, and I would have no problem saying that if it was my child who had done what they did. Horrible pair of twats.
