Law did play for us before the rags. I do agree with the general point though that him previously playing for the rags shouldn't matter.

I don't want him, as I don't think he'll be a good fit for our system, but that's nothing to do with who he's played for. I do worry that he'll have an uphill battle to convince fans if he does come though, so one bad game and he'll be the new boo boy

Just like with Denis and JFE playing for United has nothing to do with it. One was a class player coming to the end of his career to a team that were in slow decline.

Johnny Evans a never waser trying to come in and replace our captain and when fit arguably our most important player. We play a high line, have lots of possession but can get caught on the break. JFE plays for WBA who tend to sit back absorb pressure and counter, we need speed and ability.johnny Evans is bang average on a good day in a team thats set up to defend in depth.
