Which really means "give me the money and fast"

Pulls is a twat
Read today that Pulis Admitted Evans had had his head turned & wanted away, but would only be allowed to leave if a hugh offer came in.
Also read today that City are quite prepared to look at other targets if WBA don't stop behaving like f*ckin' Dick Turpìn.
So here's hoping there's still a chance of this not happening.
Sadly though, I'm not counting any chickens on that one.

We tried to buy Bonucci.

Comparing the English club to English club market to the Italian market is futile and, even since Bonucci moved, events in the global market have spiked prices.

Not that I think we should be paying £30m for Evans but managing City's budget isn't my problem.
Don't you get facetious...

When your going for top draw players you have to pay, if we pay £70m for Sanchez won't bother me at all , same with £50m for Walker but to pay £30m for Evans makes me feel sick, a Sinclair ,Rodwell , Delph signing if ever there was one.

It doesn't bother me one little bit whether he's a rag or not. He's a pro player and as such he won't care too much about who he kicks a ball for, all he will bother about is how much he gets for his output and how many medals he can collect to show off to his grandkids. Like pro footballers everywhere. What does bother me is the likelihood of him meeting our playing requirements and to this end he would be a huge gamble, something we can well do without.

It seems to me that everyone that's talking about "a cut price CB" with 35m being quoted it sure doesn't seem so.

Then there is the whole "the backroom must know what they are doing" crowd..... REALLY??? they have strung together an impressive group of players that would make pretty much anyone reconsider.

Personally I couldn't care less if he played for in the past, I have seen him enough to think he isn't very good and wouldn't add very much considering the cost.

Ok then to throw the cat amongst the pigeons :)

If the criteria is for an experienced HG centre half and he had to be associated with the rags would you rather have.

Evans for £30 million or Smalling for £40 million?

For me Smalling is a
Worse player than Evans even
Baconchops thought that.
