28m madness. This summer must be the peak , can see crash coming , just not sustainable if tv money diminishes a lot of clubs will be screwed

I am sure the next tv deal will be significantly less.

I've seen industry analysts forecast next tv deal forecast to go up by anywhere between 18% and 45%.

Amazon are reportedly interested in bidding. Can imagine Facebook or Netflix would be keen too: online video and TV are going to merge to a great extent. These companies have far more money lying around than Sky or BT.

Personally I think we're nowhere near done with financial growth in football. It will end up like the tennis with a world league touring round the world and playing fixtures all over.
