That's fine.

But what did you think BEFORE we was linked with him?
Putting aside his personal life and United past, I thought he was a strong CB with an impressive goalscoring record and obvious leadership qualities who's never shown any special ability as a passer. That's my objective review.

Bringing this Rag **** in for ridiculous money just so we can sell Mangala who is twice the player imo.

Magnificent summer so far and then this bombshell pmsl

Only City.........

he a great player.. for a defender .. hes quick, hes fast and hes got pace

He's the one player I wanted to see every derby, even before Kun, 'cos he was almost assured to fuck things up for them.

The guy isn't close to the standard we aspire to. Not even remotely.

I'm absolutely with the "rather keep Mangala" guys on this.

I would rather keep Mangala, he has his faults but he offers something different from Stones and Otamendi as a CB, being a big beast with pace and he wants to play for us, doesn't need weeks of persuasion and lots of extra money. Don't understand how Evans can be a Pep style player when he has spent years plying his trade at West Brom under Pulis.

It's not like we are facing competition for his signature from the giants of Europe, or even the minnows.

More worrying about discussing whether he's any good or not is what this says about our transfer plans this summer. How far down the CB list are we to hit Evans? He probably wasn't on the original list. It's a 3rd week in August buy when everything else has gone south.

The price is pissing me right off. We've spunked big bucks on bang average players in the past but then Fannied around for an extra few million on top players like hazard etc. I wouldn't be arsed if it was .
We've played this tune before, he will be on fucking Loan at Crewe next season with us paying 75% of his wages
