I didn't miss the point at all, I just thought it was a good diversion from 400 odd pages of "rag, crap, rag ,crap", that's all.

Fair enough we can admit when we are wrong about a player but the force is strong with this potential move and I'm getting that same feeling of dread and regret as I did when the above pancakes signed on the dotted line

I am approaching 50 years and I regularly use the term 'manure' in real life everyday serious conversation.
Mind you I am a farmer.
I do also use the more expansive phrase 'filthy fucking rag' on occasion too.

It's all gone a bit silly of late. Main problem now is the timing. Spot on Peaky. We all know JE isn't worth £30mil in a buying market, but whats happening here is that previous transfers in this window are excessive plus the fact we are taking West Brom Captain and Star player, and for them to replace Je it will cost them north of £20-25 mil. Thats why we are being held to ransom over a high inflated price on him

Not having Sigurdsson is worth 45 million, when you consider Bayern signed Arturo Vidal for 33 million. Or Douglas Costa for 27 million. Then Mat Hummels for 31 million. There's summat ridiculous going on in the PL. Apparently Chelsea are trying to sign Danny Drinkwater for 40 million. Danny Drinkwater!

Doesn't he currently have a hamstring injury surely we ain't gonna buy him. It's just laughable. No way would pep have signed him for Barca or Bayern wouldn't have looked at players at Evans level. I know we still aren't the draw those two clubs are but if we can't attract better than Evans for 30 mil no less then we are in a sorry state for all our wealth, facilities and Pep.
