Because we could get him for £24m (ish) now with 18 months left on his WBA contract) and we may have only £60m + wages left to spend in total to comply with Premier League FFP.

thats more the way set brom set up and play though. if he couldn't pass out the back/wasnt good on the ball there is no way pep would be looking at him.
