My excuse was because he’s German lol they don’t miss penalties and he hasn’t only taken one sure he scored against Leicester this season and on a few other occasions last year I may be wrong but He’s cool calm and collective from the spot seen him take them for Germany too.

Not really being smart. Seniority shouldn't come into it. It should come down to who is best at taking penalties.
They will soon be all over him, just as they are with Sterling.Jorginho is a specialist in evading the press. It's basically his strongest point and the main reason why City are buying him.
