I have read somewhere not sure if correct or not but the 9th July seems to stick in my mind. So if we are finalising it tomorrow, he flies over Tues/Wed, medical thursday and media stuff announced Friday starts training on the Monday. All guesswork and supposition of course.

Yeah I think this could be a good estimation. As long as he's signed before pre season it's fine. Give him as much time with Pep as possible. Same for Mahrez.

Think he be announced Wednesday or Thursday with marhez possibly on Monday the 9th no info or anything just think the club will want the signings to be the major news in football on that day so can't see them announced on a day that has world cup matches.
