Is Mateo Kovacic a better player, 2 years younger, but a different type of player.

Kovacic had 36 appearances for Real Madrid last season and is a much better player. It's not about money. If Jorghino is not hungry to play for City then we won't sign him. We may well pay more for Kovacic in any event.
