What you are doing there is assuming and guessing whats's happening then getting angry about it, when all reports seem to indicate it's all agreed and settled and we are waiting for his holiday to finish.

Haha what no the fuck they don’t, all reports indicate we’re still haggling over a minute quantity of money as per usual and it’s been that way for weeks. We’ll probably get this one over the line eventually but it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve fucked up a deal by stalling too long. After the Alves and Sanchez deals fell through it’s never safe to assume that we’ll get anything done.

That's completely different to agreeing the actual transfer. Anyone can get a verbal agreement with a player, that's the easy bit.
