I agree mate...keep reading no big deal if we miss on Jorginho/Fred or whoever but you only have to listen to the chairman's words and know we start working on some of these transfers 6 months before hand....allowing ourselves to get outbid or not being able to prevent a player getting his head turned, is a big deal when you think of the amount of work that has gone into getting to this point...lets see what happens over the next couple of days, Jorginho might be a blue by weekend and we might not have to settle for 3rd choice!;)

Geniune reports he’s going to sign for Chelsea now. This is exactly like Sanchez and Alves. People complaining about flappers and then a reliable source confirms it and City’s journalist come out to save face by pushing a narrative that the player chose money over us.

I'm not so sure I don't see Chelsea making the transition to a possession based team anytime soon. This is the formation in which this has thrived. I don't see how he would fit. But if he does go there we look see. Grealish. No. Wrong player. Not his position.

We cannot stand still and be happy, as a minimum we need a replacement for Toure, especially as Gundo has been troubled by major injuries, so there’s only a 33 year old Ferna.

One injury to 33 year old Fernandinho and we do not have a DM for him to rotate with. It’s so important and there aren’t many other realisitic alternatives.

Yes I know what you mean. But Chelsea aren't set up like Napoli and sarri or whovever aren't gonna be able to implement a possession based functioning sytem within 4 weeks. Given their Stryker of play is very similar to it's or championship winning Leicester side. Can't see how the lad would fit. If truth be known I'm not that arsed about whether he signs or not though.
