Kimmich is too smart a player not to be still playing top level at 34/35.
Getting neitherSo we are getting 2 CDMs? Kimmich and Andre? That is not gonna happen.
Pep doesn’t go back to his old teams when he leaves, but he’s never been at a new club for 8 years before and Kimmich would be coming to us not us going to Bayern for Kimmich. For quality, versatility and experience, i would choose Kimmich, but we also have a clear cut historic behaviour of pep never transferring players from his ex teams.
Kimmich always plays. That about "Tuchel is not his biggest fan".he isnt happy with his role. tuchel is also not his biggest fan. would imagine bayern sell goretzka before kimmich though.
We must be close then. He’ll be preparing to pack his bags before we know it.All the media reports are for the Rags/dippers bidding war. probably for clicks
it really isn't.The only problem is the role in which Tuchel sees Kimmich best - and that is more like an 8 - and not like a 6. That really is a thing that is debateable.
That‘s patently not true. No ITK will get all calls right. Situations change.Unfortunately I’ve been around long enough to have seen the 99.9% he calls wrong to know the 0.1% right are darts at a dartboard
Agree. Other factors would be a) Bayern may not want him around any longer than necessary, b) Kimmich may want to leave asap..Only 28
As long as a player isn't very injury prone, there's no reason why you wouldn't get a solid 3-4 years out of someone that age these days.
Assuming his fee wouldn't be too high, then it's not bad business if we got a few years out of him.
Also he's out of contract in 2025, even though its not this summer, if he doesn't go this window it leaves only 2 more to get something for him and you would think theyd rather move him on this window or the summer at the latest rather than drag it out until the last window next winter. They might just think it's worth doing it now and getting some dough.
I posted a correction.yeah. weird for him to post this and not even check until when kimmichs contract runs.
Goddamn, imagine Rico learning from KimmichMaybe it’s not linked, but would this move limit game time in midfield for rico lewis?
Unless we are moving him back to right back.
Surely that means very little when neither Bayern nor Barca are clubs that will easily sell their best players? For quality, versatility and experience, i would choose Kimmich, but we also have a clear cut historic behaviour of pep never transferring players from his ex teams.
we bought bravo from barca, soon as pep got here.Surely that means very little when neither Bayern nor Barca are clubs that will easily sell their best players?
Looking at all our transfers, there aren't many from the very top clubs, so it's a small pool to say it's clear cut. Add in the fact that Thiago transferred from Barcelona to Bayern, and it becomes even less so.
