The bundesliga is quite box to box, he’s not gonna need his pace as much for City if he’s playing in Rodri’s position when we keep the ball the entire game

No mate that is the German league that values bringing the ball out of defense, we are talking about a player that plays in the most dominant team in the top 5 leagues, but that is not the players fault, part of the players problems came about when the new robust rules came in, Union a very physical team came up and Kimmich could not live with the power of players like Boniface.He might have lost some motivation, so perhaps he needs a new challenge, but this is surely not true. Compared to other midfielders in the world, he is still 99 percentile for passes (so at the heart of everything), 98 percentile for progressive passes, 94 percentile for expected assists, 92 percentile for assists, and 93 percentile for shot-creating actions. These are for the last 365 days and include all top 5 European Leagues, and the CL. That's still world-class.
