Delighted this is finally going through. A very exciting young player who will add another dimension with his attacking/passing attributes.

As things stand that’s a group of 6 in defence that will be strong as fuck regardless of what 4 are put out there.

Maybe one more for the midfield/wing slot and we will be very good to go for the season.

After the beginning of February, Walker started 13 of our last 18 league games, our final 3 FA Cup games, and 3 out of 7 CL games.

He started 11 of our last 13 games in all competitions.

I think because he didn't play the final of the CL or the Bayern tie, and because so much was made of Stones at midfield in the CL games, it's been forgotten a little that Walker actually played the majority of games once he was fit, and Cancelo had gone.
