The only clique will be the ‘winners group.’ This man will fit right inIs there a danger of a Croatian clique in our dressing room, thought it's been something we've looked to avoid. Especially as Kovačić said in his interview he doesn't know any of our players which seems a little unusual.

Kova is multi lingual and probably arrives as a very respected figure, the kind that raises standards not goes along with them, I’m sure he’ll fit in well with the boysIs there a danger of a Croatian clique in our dressing room, thought it's been something we've looked to avoid. Pretty sure they’ll both fit in just fine, and the more we win the happier the team will be. Which I guess will be quite a lot.

The difference is what exactly?
Meaning don't make decisions on a Monday when still influenced by emotions from games at the weekend. It's not a spiritual day of rest where no deals can be done, it's a framing of how they make decisions - eg cold & logical.
