I'm the most pessimistic City fan walking the planet, but Jesus christ that's a load of shite. We lack the appetite to use our finical power? Just because you have the most money doesn't mean you have to spend the most money! We all love a shiny new toy, but apart from Bellingham and maybe Nkunku who has moved this summer who you look at and think they 100% improve us?
