Be sorry to see Jovetic go. It just hasn't worked out for him at City.

When fit, a wonderful player.

I wish him good luck.

According Goal Italy Stevan Jovetic could take the road of Inter Milan during next week.

If the two Milan clubs had checked the name of Stevan Jovetic, it is towards the Inter Manchester City striker seems to be heading.

According to our correspondent Goal Italy, the Lombard Club should in fact go on the offensive next week by contacting the board of the British team. The Nerazzurri would complete the first coming of Perisic before finalizing this file.

Total supply of Inter should be around 20 million euros: 3 for a two-year loan and an option to purchase 15 million embellished with various bonuses.

Last week, Sky Italia had already announced that Fali Ramadani, the player's agent, had traveled to Italy for the player, who would already agree on the foundations for a future contract.

Shame to see him go, his performance against Candlepool at the start of last season was fantastic but sadly injuries have held him back and if his transfer makes way for KDB or Pogba then i am all for it.

Salah to Roma, if Chelsea agree to a deal (the player has), should see Jovetic to Inter finally go through.

Inter and City have had a tentative agreement for weeks, probably that 2-year loan with forced obligation to buy that is covered in the Goal Italia article above.

What has held it up is Inter's interest in Salah. He looked like Messi in Serie A after going on loan from Chelsea and Inter wanted him. But now Roma seem to have sped past Inter and are willing to take him on loan with obligation to buy for 25m euros... which would be great business yet again for Chelsea with an unwanted player.

So I don't see what else can hold up Jovetic to Inter, given he was their alternative to Salah.

What a shame though... this time last year we were buzzing over Jovetic in pre-season.

How does this effect Dzeko's potential transfer to Roma? Was Roma's interest divided between Dzeko and Salah?

It says it all really about Italian clubs that we struggle to get anywhere near £20 million for either Dzeko or Jovetic (who was one of the most highly rated players in Seria A 2 seasons back) but Salah who is utter gash is going for that fee.

I'd rather send the player out on loan to a Spanish or German club than do business with the likes of Roma and Inter. Two horrible clubs who are the Spurs and Everton equivalent.

It shouldn't impact it. Salah is a mostly a winger (but can play up front) and will go on loan so they can pay for Dzeko now and Salah next year if they get him (let's hope Inter don't regain their footing in the race because we're almost out of Italian teams that could use/afford Jovetic). In Italy, they say both Dzeko and Salah are targets for Roma.

Hi LoveCity ... thanks for the reply. I guess I was assuming that since we considered Jovetic as a second striker then Salah was thought of one as well. Knowing FA about Salah, I never considered the inverse.
