Fernandinho was a very important member of the set-up and could only be a very important addition to the team.
Hopefully his year away will have refreshed his hunger to be back at City if he was to be approached. A genuine leader.

I think he needs a leader in the dressing room who is respected by all. Fernandinho was that man. Prior to that he had Vinny, Aguero, Peak Kev & Silva -
If your mind says Sam allardyce il have some of what your smoking!My heart says Zaba but my mind says Sam.
Big Sam would be good, can’t see him doing that understudy position though, or Zaba come to that, both good ideas.
