I appreciate we've won the league whilst he's been involved, but our style of football has significantly changed to his more favoured style of tactics and in my opinion, it hasn't changed for the better.
That's not quite true though. One is leaving for a managerial position (which is quite understandable) and we aren't renewing the contracts of the other 2.The belief was people were queuing up to play for him and work under him.
Seems now they're queuing up to leave or not sign. The Pep factor appears to have diminished. Does seem to have got very authoritarian.
