Working with Pep would likely be a deterrent, if he looks at how Grealish and Foden’s careers have stalled over the past 18 months, plus Alvarez sitting on the bench despite being the most complete young forward in world football.

I do agree that other factors likely make Liverpool a less attractive prospect, but their more direct style and the fact they’ve not got a stockpile of talent would mean they’d get to build a side around him and maximise his potential in a key role rather than one of many here.

I also think United could also be factored in by the summer, if they keep their upward trajectory and depending on who their new investors are.
Sad puppy

You’ll catch a few with that.

One of the wankest posts in Blue moon history. You must be delighted with your efforts.
Disagree. Alfie, while perhaps exaggerating slightly, does have a point.
Phil's been pretty hit/miss this season, Jacks been so pretty much since he arrived. Neither have shown the form I think they're capable of. Also, very difficult for talented/promising EDS / Academy lads to break through into 1st XI.

As for Alvarez , he was been wisely limited in his playing time because he came to use straight after a full season in Argentina , now he's had a World Cup, and had very little rest in the last 12 months. Super talent, but don't run him into the ground.

You obviously have very little football knowledge or you’re being purposefully wrong.
