Where does it say get rid. We have seen to many homegrown loose it. He ain't been playing well fir ages. 1 or 2 matches here and there doesn't change the fact he is falling behind. I want him to be our main man but he isn't showing it is he
 
He’s probably more of a natural fit for Liverpool (you could argue the same about Haaland despite his very impressive numbers) but I’d still love to see him here.

I hope we’re monitoring de Jong’s situation too. He’d be perfect for us.

Part of me wants him to go there just to hear how their club, their fans and the media try and justify them spending a PL world record fee for him.
Coming from a club that does it the right way and never spends money, it might just be worth it!
