I didn't say he was,I'm notAlvarez isn't a winger. Why do people try and force him there?

Agreed, if we got Frenkie De Jong I'd be made up.There are a few midfielders about at the min, i would be more than happy with if we miss out on this kid in the attacking 8/KDB replacement.
FDJ, Barella, Wirtz, Foden (get a winger) etc.
Cos he's not going to start as a striker as long as Haaland is here.Alvarez isn't a winger. Why do people try and force him there?
I wouldn't say that's necessarily true.Cos he's not going to start as a striker as long as Haaland is here.
De Jong stats are shockingly bad. Bellingham.. way overhyped but he’s so young his potential is pretty unknown. We need to line up our next superstar playmaker and not sure who that will be. KDB is going to be impossible to replace.
Hey; if it's good enough for Pep (Bernardo at LB).....Alvarez isn't a winger. Why do people try and force him there?

foden was and is twice the technical player Bellingham was at 19 and still is and there was no where near as much clamour around him.....Good player but i think he is being built up to be something (as per usual with young English players) that he is not...no where near as good as the hype suggests at present and not anywhere near the level of most of our current midfielders. He s 19 years of age.
it’s a massive, big fat fuckin Yes from me.
