Nothing to do with height with the amount of goals we concede on average.

I reckon about 90% of our goals are due to us getting done on the counter attack.

We need a rapid CB to stop them.

I was quite apprehensive about Kounde's height, but it turns out he's actually better in the air than either of Koulibaly or Carlos statistically. Miles better than Garcia and Ake too. These stats are via opta and it backs up what many have said, that despite his height he's really good in the air and wins plenty of headers. Big leap etc:

Not worried about his height whatsoever. He seems to have a great leap and the stats back that up.

I'd much rather someone slightly smaller that can jump than a big man who can barely move.

That is most likely the first thing we do when looking to sign a player. Imagine if we do months of negotiating with Napoli only for Koulibaly to say "nah"
