If it's €75m euros then we should just pay it and not fanny about in the same way we did with Koulibaly.

Or include Otamendi in a deal. I hope we are all over this - right age, pace and quality would also compliment Laporte.No one is going to sell us top CB for €60m knowing we are desperate and the lack of quality CBs. We either have to be prepared to spend more than that or we miss out again.

Reports saying they don’t want Otamendi as part of the deal due to his wages. Getting these guys off the books is definitely causing us a problem this summer.

Sevilla won't sell him under release clause I'm sure. For premium young players there is no need to cash in, similar to Sancho. Next summer there will be similar sale value.
