I have looked at this reply for a while and I’m still confused! If you’re trying to correct someone on their misuse of “of”, then “pot, kettle” springs to mind!!

(you at least could infer what they were saying, which can’t be said for your response).
 
Was subbed in at 78 minutes for Argentina but did nothing in the game against Chile. They were hanging on to the 1-2
 
He entered with an Argentina in full defending mode. Touched only 2 or 3 balls.
 
We do like announcing shit on Thursdays. It is the last Thursday of the window. Here's hoping we see this one confirmed today.

As he is likely to stay in S. America (according to reports) until next season and therefore we wouldn't be registering him now, does the deal have to be done in January or could it happen outside the window?

It can be done outside the window, January is for registration only. It might already be done just not announced in fairness. I just thought both clubs would want it announced, less speculative coverage then.
