just backed the rags

Absolutely nothing wrong with what the op is doing. It's smart gambling. What he is actually saying is that if City win today he's prepared to chuck £50 down the drain. If we don't then he has won £425 which will come close to paying for next years season ticket as a consolation prize. It's called hedging.

But a true blue would not even consider the possibilty that we might not win. Placing a hedging bet on losing at Newcastle or even the Rags beating us is one thing but we are playing QPR at home for goodness sake. No excuses.

Grow up you pleb. A "true blue", what are you? 12? And it's rich coming from your location.

It's like when Everton went 1-0 at OT I stuck £50 on Utd to win in play. It was the best £50 I have spent this year.

Your wasting your time..

They are clueless!

Anyone dishing out abuse in this thread to the OP is a disgrace. Fair play to him. I have £100.00 on a draw today, if we win it'll be the best 100 iv'e ever spent. If we lose, it pays for next years season card.

"Lionheart" your utter nonsense about not being a "proper blue" if you don't trust your team to win 100% is embarrassing.
