The few hippies wearing orange vests are now getting airtime, interviews and influencing other groups to take similar protest action across Europe.

Each day , the government and others around the globe are making new laws and discussing ways to cut carbon emissions and find alternatives to fossil fuels - would this be happening if it wasn’t for people demanding action be taken ?

Listen, the UK can go 100% green, zero emissions, completely reduce air pollution, which I am all for and advocate for. I despise air pollution, but I am also not labouring under the delusion that it will do anything to affect the changing, heating climate of the planet, or that we will 'inspire' the US, India and China to follow suit, because it won't.
