Juve away

Does anyone who's been before remember how long they're likely to keep us held back after the game?
Not as bad as Roma or Napoli but still a long time.
If you're on the day trip then the coaches are waiting outside the stadium
The one potential problem (and this definitely happened after the December Europa League game at their previous stadium) is the weather delaying the return flight.

A long time as in an hour or more than that?!

This was posted a while ago by someone but if you didn’t see it. Not sure how accurate the digital ticket is as City said it’s now print at home?

Juventus
  • Fan Meeting Point has been advised as ‘Valentine Park’ there are plenty of bars here
  • Man City shuttle buses will be in service from the Valentine Park to the stadium with a police escort from 6pm and will return back following the match
  • It is advised our fans use these free shuttle buses for their safety in travelling to and from the stadium.
  • The shuttle buses are not wheelchair accessible therefore fans are advised to take a taxi to the stadium.
  • Fans are advised to allow early for 3 security checks (ID, body search, ticket check)
  • It is very important for fans to note that ID checks will take place. Tickets will be digital, however due to Italian bylaws the club (Man City) has to provide names and passport numbers to the authorities with the seat location of each fan. Upon scanning the ticket, the stewards will be presented with the name and passport number of the fan on their device and the fan will then have to show their ID. ID can be passport or driving license and must be physical. Pictures/photocopies are not allowed.
  • Juventus have advised that each fan will be required to take off their shoes as part of the body searches, which is their standard protocol. We have strongly requested that this does not happen and is only in place if there is a reason to believe (by police/search dogs) that a fan is attempting to gain entry with a prohibited item. Juventus Safety Team have agreed to this, however we do wish that our fans are prepared to remove their shoes if asked and comply with police to ensure no issues upon entry
  • Low percentage alcohol will be available in the concourse, not to be taken into the seats
  • There will be a holdback of 30-40 mins
  • The away end has a glass fence and netting. We have requested the netting is taken down however likely to remain in place
  • Turnstiles open 2 hours before kick-off
  • Stadium is cash & card, small bags only and no bag storage area. Battery packs are ok

Last time I went to Juve I arrived at M/cr airport, stood in the boarding queue and realised I had my step sons passport.

Blagged it all the way including the ground.

It's a football match, not a prison visit.
