URGENT (I think)

I have just had the below sent via email from City. I don't remember it from last time I went and some will not be registered for emails !!!

Thank you for purchasing your ticket for our UEFA Champions League Group Stage match against Juventus on Wednesday 25th November, kick off 8.45pm (local time).

Further to the information provided in the ticket information, due to Italian bylaws, all tickets must be used by the supporter who has purchased it. In order to comply with this legislation we must ask you to complete a short online form to provide information that we have to submit to the Juventus Football Club. Failure to complete the online form may result in you being refused entry at the Juventus Stadium.

You must provide the following information:
•Supporter Number
•First Name
•Surname
•Date of birth
•Nation of birth

Please note: The information provided must match your supporter number which you used to purchase your ticket. Your name has been written on the back of your ticket, and will need to match the details on your passport (which must be carried with you on the day) in order for you to gain entry to the Juventus Stadium.

Yep just had same email seems if they follow through with these details you may be asked personal details to prove you are who you say

Looks like they want us at parco del valentino near the train station. Thoughts!? The square they wanted us at for monchengladbach was pretty quiet last time, but handy for shittles obviously
 
What happens to Blues that have not provided City with an email address ? If you have just been to the ticket office you wont be able to fill the form in !

I also know it is a requirement but I don't want to have my passport with me, Italian ale and a passport seem to be (hic) asking for trouble.

Agree about passport , tend to carry a photocopy of the details page , way too risky to have original with you all day
 
Think we had all this required information business for roma btw, and there was fuck all about it when we actually got to the ground (just three searches)

Anyone got the web address to the survey the link in my email isn't working.
