You must spend a lot of time laughing at your own posts mate. Aguero is the best striker the club has ever had and City's all time top scorer. Do you genuinely think it's possible for someone to achieve those things while being "fat and lazy"?

Back to Havertz: seems like he prefers the KDB style role behind the striker and we're absolutely stacked in that position. That and the size of the fee, I'm not optimistic we'll see him in a City shirt.

There are others. Nolito, Cancelo, Otamendi borderline. Rodri jury out, Danilo not great.

Nolito was value. He was cheap and did well. You are right about Cancelo and Danilo. I hated both purchases. I can never understand paying so much for backup fullbacks. Otamendi was value. Jury still out on Rodri. Agreed.

I'm being hopeful as he's been better lately. But he'd need to ball out the rest of his career here to be worth it. I doubt he'd be value. He's a 50 million fullback :(

Agree with the argument but not quite sure about that bit. Don't get me wrong, I like him as a player, but I often find it hard to get my head around Mahrez being our record signing.

Yeah, I forgot about him. My view is generally that attacking players are generally worth the risk. Not big on paying for defensive players. Especially fullbacks. Love Walker to death but his price still bothers me. Don't even like thinking of Mendy, Danilo or Cancelo's costs. :(

I'd say the Mendy we signed would have been value but we're now watching a man who didn't play competitive football for 2 years and has had two operations on his knee. When he played at Monaco he was absolutely incredible, every cross he put in was dangerous, great technique.

We're at least starting to see that attacking threat with some of his crosses again. Unfortunately he just doesn't seem to have the best concentration, which Pep's system demands, and has lost a little of the pace and endurance we saw at Monaco.

Of all the players we've got I hope we get to see the best of him next season. A lot of people are quite harsh to him but moving countries then having to come back from two long term injuries can't have been the most fun.

You might claim not be a member of rag cafe but you’re certainly not a blue. There’s no correlation between Kun’s excellence & Dippers success.

Majority of Players still choose rags , dippers or Chelsea over us.
