To be worse than Mangala will take some doing
I'd piss it.

I don’t agree but admire you for nailing your colours to the mast. Then again, I thought Stones would be the best CB in the country by now.I came on and debated my point with a few on here that Mangala was going to be a disastrous signing and unfortunately was proved right. Not often I am right but nearly always am on my Centre Backs.
This guy will be even worse, I pray we dont buy him.

Bayern Munich say "please keep thinking like that".
To be honest my own knowledge of him doesn’t go much beyond his Champions’ League performances but at that level, I thought his displays against the likes of us and Liverpool were commanding. I only remember Salah catching him out once at Anfield but overall yes, good with the ball at his feet - I doubt Pep would be interested otherwise - a strong physical presence, good in the air and good experience - although we’ve invested heavily in youth in recent years I’d say there’s an admission with KK that we have been lacking in this area. I’ve seen a few comments saying he looks a bit clumsy on the ball but for a big man, looks good to me. I hear he had a poor season last year but can’t comment on that.I’ve not seen him play apart from a little in the champs league so don’t really know enough. What’s his weaknesses? Is he no good with a ball at his feet? He can’t be terrible because he’s been at the heart of a over achieving Napoli defence
I'm sure you can link us to your posts from the archives to show this
I think that's a strange point of view. I've seen most of his European games over the last 3-4 seasons and he's been incredible. Completely eclipsing Liverpool's forwards in a way I've not seen anyone else do.
Think I will trust Pep and our scouts judgement thanks.
