I'm referring to the absurdity of trying to complete a 70-80m transaction while refusing to talk to the other principal. Either decide to negotiate with him or not. This middle ground is pointless and just makes things more difficult.Everyone is always saying we are lame and should take a harder line ! It kind of seems like we are desperate for him though? Yep, he starts at 90m, we start at ubder 60m. Months of haggling later, we agree on middle compromise, of 90m. That is his tactic.
