Kalidou Koulibaly

Can he defend? If so, fucking buy him cos I'm tired of watching us defend like an under 9 team.
When on form, he is a monster. Top 3/top 5 CB. When we played against Napoli in CL, he pocketed our whole attack. Very very good defender even though he had a bad period few months ago.

Knew he was a very good defender but thought I’d watch the obligatory video , and I know that he’s a right footer playing on the left but watching his passing seems pretty much two footed, and would be as comfortable on the right as well as the left so if Laporte was missing or rested he could easily cover in a way non of our current centre backs could. Garcia would be one back up question is do we buy a 4th or go with Fernandinho and Stones or Otamendi.

Whilst this would be an amazing signing and we need a new CB and could need more assuming Otamendi and possibly Stones leave we currently have a lot of potential options at CB that could make things complicated from a squad management point of view. Obviously Laport, Fernandinho, Garcia and I would like to Adaradbioyo given a go and perhaps in time more games for Hardwood Bellis and I even wonder if we should give Sandler a go plus I would give Stones one more go and I wonder if Rodri would make a better CB than Fernandinho or at least detract less from midfield due to height and pace. Then what of the other players we have been linked with Ruben Dias, Jeremiah St Juste and Malang Sarr Would have loved us to look at some of these younger cheaper options

Any chance we might go three at the back ? So we can use some youth and other cheap CB options along side him and laport and get more out of Mendy Angelino in the wing back position

We shouldn't even be going near a 29 year old with injury problems IMO, should we?
He's basically never injured except this one muscle injury this season. His injury record for his age is outstanding. 5 smaller injuries throughout his whole career just like Sterling. And Sterling is 4 years younger and someone you'd definitely consider as a solid player when it comes to injuries
