Sorry but do not think he is good enough.
Who?Sorry but do not think he is good enough.
DeJong or Phillips... keep up.Who?
Philips, as having seen Nigel at some of the recent celebrations, I don't think he'd have 90 minutes in him anymore.Would we rather have Phillips or DeJong
Phillips would certainly be different, we haven't really got anyone who likes a tackle and gets stuck in .
A few sessions with Pep will transform him into a tenacious Rolls Royce
Really good thread
Depends on the rest of the lineup. A double pivot with Rodri gives Kev a free role, you gain there. It would be a drop off but not majorly i thinkThere's not much supporting evidence and a number of extremely dubious statements, such as:
Positionally, he's more than capable of playing as a lone 6 or even playing alongside Rodri as a double pivot. I know the thought of a double pivot isn't welcoming to some supporters, but Phillips can fill the role well without sacrificing any attacking prowess
Playing Phillips instead of Bernardo or Gündy absolutely WOULD sacrifice attacking prowess
