I see this as a bit of a strange move for Phillips especially with the world cup this year. He's going to be second fiddle to Rodri so probably going to find himself warming the bench a lot, which is not ideal preparation for the world cup.

He will play a lot more than you think. Pep obviously has a plan for him and it’s not sitting on the bench. I really think that this guy will be a crowd favourite.
