Rated him last year, and exactly the kind of off field profile City look for. Only problem, his price is doubling or tripling as I type!

Throw in that he’s a hometown boy, like Foden, and the problems begin to mount! It’s probably easier for Real Madrid or Barca to sign players like this than competitors from o’ert ‘ill!

Haha! If only the world REALLY worked that way!

A deal is only struck when both sides thinks they’re fucking over the other. We lost on Harrison, and today we would lose on Phillips!

The only hope for a decent deal would be a series of realistic add-ons (which won’t ding us this year on FFP) and a healthy sell-on clause (which we hope will never be used)! Beyond that…Does Pep want a suddenly over-priced Englishman or a foreigner he might get cheaper?

Already labelled the "Yorkshire Pirlo" courtesy of ITV's Gabriel Clarke, England's base camp reporter.
This is the reason why I find it hard to follow England because of the hype and bullshit which surrounds them I mean they have just beaten a very poor Croatia who are well past there best and suddenly we are talking world beaters again abc actually planning for the semi and finals . Every tournament and it’s the same bullshit .
