The England squad is a joke. Notice that Trent Alexander - Arnold has been included in the list of midfielders and not defenders (mind you he isn't either). How do Phillips, Henderson, Rashford, Gallagher and Maguire manage to be selected. Surprised he didn't try and shoehorn in Sancho! Total joke. At least he hasn't named Stones.

Phillips for whatever reasons just hasn't worked here. When we bought him I thought 45 million was a bargain for an England international who'd had a decent Euro's. I'm sure he'll do well in another side.

He could literally not play a single minute of football for us but he will still get in the England squad. You have to ask why would he leave? He can sit on the bench collect trophies and a big pay check and still play for England. Why would he leave
