KdB Interview in the Guardian

All this concern with human rights might lead you to think the UK is a model to the world for its observance of human rights.

Here's a clue. It isn't. In fact, its position in the league table is pretty shocking for an advanced western democracy.
In a world of truth, we would be 2nd worse, just behind the States ;)

Yeah, a City fan would write that but yer'd be hard pushed to find a Grauniad staffer to have scribed it.

Mind, I nearly stopped reading when I got to the bit about de Bruyne having a mustard sandwich, FFS, but I carried on. Best article I've read from one of the RDAHMeedya front runners.
You not keen then?

It’s all about if he can communicate his ideas to players or not. Pep seems to be amazing at that. Even players with the IQ of an overripe kumquat, like Walker and Delph, can adapt to his methods.

If KDB can do that, then he could go to the top.

For me, VK is showing more signs so far.

Entirely agree. I'm not at all sure that KDB would make even a good coach, let alone manager.
As for the dealing with the media, which is a significant part of managerial skills these days, I suspect he may be a non-starter.

A perfect example of fans being far too sensitive about things.

It happens everywhere in football nowadays for all clubs.

Ask a question with a slightly negative context and the clamour is on to cancel that media organisation.

A pundit says something slightly critical and they need binning too.

Heaven forbid a referee make a controversial decision. A dossier of decisions he’s made against their club will be produced containing all decisions against their team since 2000.

At some point in the past 20 years, football fans lost the ability to be objective about anything surrounding their own clubs. It wasn’t great before that, but nowadays any form of criticism cannot be taken.
I think social media / the Internet has a lot to answer for here.

"Man City played tonight - please add your comments at the bottom" seems to really mean "Here's a chance for supporters of other clubs - or indeed anyone with nothing better to do - to hurl abuse at City, their owners, players & fans. Don't worry about checking any of your 'facts' and feel free to spread lies & gross inaccuracies as they occur to you off the top of your head. Go on - see how many City fans you can abuse & upset."
