KDB wins PFA Player of the Year | UEFA Midfielder of the Year | UEFA Player of the Year (2nd)

Thought I’d get hammered for saying Silva didn’t deserve it but it appears a few agree. He had an ok post lock down. Did any midfielder have a great season though to get in ahead of him. None come to mind. Maybe Grealish but he’s an ok player in a shit team hence why he looks so good. A bit like Barton 15 years ago.

I think Pope is fair. He was a far more consistent keeper than Ederson. Probably faced a lot more shots.

Who votes for these awards? Shows they know more than the journalists

I don’t necessarily disagree with the decision but Sterling is one of six players nominated of which two were forwards yet he doesn’t make the team of the year with 3 forwards? How the hell does that work?

As has been disc in another thread, with many posts today, footballeras are generally thick.
 
Well done Kev and Dave, especially happy for Kev as he is by far the most productive player in the league
 
My main issue with Silva being in is that he wasnt always first choice for city, let alone team of the year.
 
so for anybody moaning about KDB being PFA winner 2020 when city never won the title
welcome to the last 4 times city have won the premier league ?

i truly believe that if united or liverpool had the players we had over the last ten years, the awards would have gone to them every seasons, david silva yaya kompany aguero zabaleta even joe hart because 4 times golden glove winner you think one of them seasons if at the both scum joe would have won it
