Parties have rules, Gapes broke them and he is welcomed back, others have not broke rules but have been kicked out.
Corbyn is history, but the attacks on the left go on, a Jewish socialist was removed from the NEC for instance. It is fairly obvious to anyone on the left that the Labour party would rather we fucked off so they can have their cosy Blairite club. They think they are Kinnock reborn when he expelled Militant. The Labour party should be the most democratic party in the country, now it is a dictatorship. The left wing has been all but exterminated and what we have left is possibly the most right wing Labour party that this country has ever seen.
A right wing Labour party is fine as it will not damage or rearrange the country to benefit the working class, it will continue to support the vested interests of the capitalist elite. Tony Benn referenced this many times.
For me this is not about Corbyn, it is about the marginalisation of those who share similar views. It is my belief that Labour should be a Democratic Socialist party, a party that is a home to all those on the left of centre who believe in the Socialist principles I do, or just agree with some of them but are happy if not to follow an agenda that upholds leftist principles of whatever hue. I voted for Blair, I was sick of Tory rule, now though after a similar length of Tory rule I cannot vote Labour because Starmer has lied, surrounded himself with sychophant's and has brought back people into the party who simply do not belong.
It is not about Corbyn, it is about the liars in the Labour party who take the likes of me for fools. I am no fool.

Looks like after Corbyn‘s losses, any thoughts of a purely socialist society are now truly dead.

And on another subject, Starmer has confirmed that the Tory ‘Stop Boats’ plan is unworkable and set out a different plan. Do those on the left agree with Starmer or the Tories?

only seen Yvette Coopers 5 edicts of what they will do (though establishing safe routes omitted).
not heard him say a thing personally or say once in power the proposed measures would be scraped fully.
this tory plan is vile, I expect more robust condemnation from the oposition leader than only a tweet from the shadow Home.secretary.
If starmer isn't on every channel tomorrow calling out sunak as disgusting for this, then it is pitiful from him

Said he’d cooperate with French/EU and enhance policing while sorting out the Home Office to process the severe backlog of claims.
This was said on LBC on Monday but every interview with Labour has the same rhetoric.
